Loving yourself shouldn’t mean feeding your body crap and not giving it the exercise it needs just because you’re comfortable with the way you look. It should mean giving it the right kind of fuel and respecting it enough to get movin’. You only have one body.

So i havent been on in awhile.
My weight loss has been like a roller coaster. There are ups and downs like crazy. especially these past few weeks. I have been so stressed out with school, that I haven’t gone to the gym once. :( Then on top of that, I have been eating way too much crap food, and way too late at night.
I am on summer break this week. Then I go back home.
When I go home I wrote up a schedule for the gym. I am taking this summer to focus on glossing weight and exercising every day.
